Basically u are right. That is not the massive increase but spit in the face of those that expected a really massive increase. How can u measure increase to be massive? They took ur money and offered a discount to scam u out of ur money again. Nicely pulled, next time u will be more respectful and thankful to them for what they did to u in the past.

Who pissed in your coffee? 7% discount is nothing to sneeze at. Too much of a discount and nobody will purchase with BTC, which will overall hurt everyone. (See Chesscoin failed ICO). Relax buddy, everything is alright.

Many coins do not have ICO, this does not prevent them from being successful.
