I've never had issues with Electron Cash.

Original version had issues with some features like QR codes not working but in the later versions it was fixed.

It's basically an exact copy of Electrum pretty much.

Even the cold storage option works and everything.

Just make sure you download the legit version from the dev. His username is fyookball or something like that.

And verify that the hashes match his signatures.

Everyone has to either:
1) upgrade; or
2) cut out on a deprecated fork that they need to find a way to get miners to mine.

Choice 2) seems rather unlikely, but it is an option. For anyone misguided enough to try.
