5 minutes is not that slow, as answered by ryzaadit above that Stake has many users and 1 support might be in charge to serve more than 500 hundred users.
You need to understand that, lets say there are 5 active supports at the time you contact them but at the same time there are 10 users who are contacting them like you.
It means that you are in waiting list if you come late than the first 5 users who contact them earlier than you.
So I think 5 minutes waiting is still reasonable and it is still fast.
That's the time where we live in. People get nervous/frustrated when you need to wait 5 minutes (also in real life). As you mention 5 or 10 minutes are acceptable if they can solve/handle all your questions. Sometimes they need to verify or check something with someone else of the staff.
Some of the people get nervous if they didn't get any kind of confirmation of the problem they have and now they start panicking with the problem they have. But base on my experience after almost two minutes they already take an account but of course its not immediately it took me almost 1 day to make a full transaction its all in with the LTC because it has low fees.
Have you claimed your monthly bonus guys? I thought the monthly bonus will be sent after 15th but I was wrong as Stake sent it earlier today. Not much for me due to my low wagering activity but at least I can play now with the bonus. The new challenge to hit 2,000x on Wild West Gold seems with more than $1,000 as the reward seems to be so attractive. I'll use the monthly bonus to play Wild West Gold and hope to hit 2,000x.
Better withdraw the money than throwing it away in casino games.
It depends on you how you will risk your money are you willing to hold it all and does not gain any profit or you will take the high risk-reward its all about the risk not all the time we going to play safe and passive its all uninstable.
