Other information that I got from my VIP host is about the requirement to be eligible is that I need to have wagered $50k in the past 30 days before the claim.
One more thing my VIP host also asked me to be actively claiming reload, she sent my 20% partial level up bonus after she set a new reload for me.
Not sure if it is general requirement for all VIP host or there can be differences based on the VIP host as well as based on the user's VIP level (especially about the wager requirement).

Big congratulations for getting the bonus, that is a huge sum for most people here and you certainly deserve it after reaching that level. Not many people gamble to reach those levels, that is why there is a reason why it's called VIP and you getting 1280 dollars is a huge deal because of the amount it is for most people.

Let me put it into perspective, that is 1.5 month of salary for me, which goes to show you that Stake could change lives as long as you stay and gamble. When you gamble, there is no "guarantee" that you will lose until you reach VIP, surely because of house edge long term ends up losing but not all the time which means that if you are lucky, you could make money gambling and then this money on top of it as well.

Reload is only depending on your last 7 days, not more and not less. Even at level up to p5 or p6 the host just gives you a new 7 days, doesn't mean it's a high one.  I had weeks with everything from 0.10$/day to 30$/day (took hourly though) so it always depends. Having a high level doesn't necessarily mean you are a big player, it can also mean you are just at the site for a long time, I am a good example for that. I am platinum 6 but far from being a highroller. There have just been weeks or months when there was high wager cause I got lucky, or no wager because I didn't have money to waste and constantly lost.

Those number was really bigs, and lucky you have waggering too. Otherwise, they will answer you with those kind bullsh*t rules and cannot claim those. Like, making you to deposit and chase those number and resulting lose some money.

A big bonus came with a big level. It's was most common things If you want a big bonus then go to higher reward and higher waggering. There is no such things free in casino for sure. It's always came from somethings, not lucks.

He was claiming his rank up reward early, he having Platinum 5 and claiming his rank up reward 20% to Platinum 6. Reaching Platinum 5 was really hard for regular people.

Tried to access my account on the platform earlier today to check on some bets I placed last night but couldn't open the site.

Yeah, I read especially in Asian countries the problem is quite big. Right now it's working again, otherwise I couldn't write this post as well since I couldn't reach the forum for over an hour before. Some sites for some reason still have the problem wile on other sites it obviously works again. Quite strange!

I should have given you another hint while you didn't claim the bonus yet, but anyway it always starts from when you ask for it. So here it goes: you can actually ask you host for a loss back deal, not sure if you knew that. I have a 15% loss back. So from the moment you get that deal and you reach a new all time loss number, I hope you don't but let's be honest, we all do, you can ask your host for the loss back. When I wager for progress I always wager until 99.99% of the goal, then ask for loss back because you do lose chasing VIP progression, then to the final 0.01% and get another bonus.

Just tell your host some other site offers you whatever %. When I did that I told them I got 10% loss back at BC (which I did). So basically told them if they don't give me a better offer or at least match I go to the other site (which i wouldn't have but they don't need to know that). So yeah, I got 15% on all FUTURE losses, past ones are gone of course. Better than nothing.
