This will be main focused thing for ICO round to market about their partners who will integrate this system. This is my guess because pre-ico round showed us great results and now something highly potential will be plus point to be given to investors as reason of making much more in the main round which will also be successful.
As far as I understood, partners will be tackled during the post-ICO. Whitepaper says that 20% of all post-ICO funds will be used for partner engagement - "Developing relationships with non-merchants' entities, such as exchange providers and other strategic partnerships, including possible joint ventures and incentives to drive platform adoption".
Of course, not to forget the already existing partnership with SOMA.
