Well honestly there is so many ICOs right now that you can't get through every paper and absorb every information.

So basicly they are validating their own project o n 1.000.000.000 x 0.065= 65 Million.
Should they not say like We sell 500.000.000 tokens at ICO, it will be split among the investors, basicly letting the market decide how much each token is worth?

They are complying withe current laws on it, so i guess is the same plan followed by most of the bank or trusted institutions in the world

maybe they will use KYC against money laundering? this could be one of the possible scenarios.

KYC = know your customer. It's obligated in a lot of countries to know who are your customers.

Well if they are following government regulations with that fiat money they also have to follow every law of that country that they are based.

What for? Then they do not need to accept payments in the crypto currency.
