Yes the ico is soon, the 2nd November, i think devs are really busy right now preparing all the token sale process. I think the ico will be a great sucess, so much potential for Utrust and a big community that support the project.

Although SOMA also a good project in this month, but I do not think it can compete with UTRUST in future.
UTRUST has a target clearly, this is a plus point for it, I really like a project has an ambitious target as UTRUST.
Overpass the Paypal system is not easy, but if UTRUST can does that, I do not think its token will have low price

The problem I see with the recent ICO dumps is the fact that some pre-ico investors have huge bonusses/discounts and then start dumping immediately when it hits an exchange.
I think there should be a clause which limits the number of tokens you can sell as a pre-ico (big bonus) investor.
Shouldn't be 2 difficult to be able to to write this in a smart contract.

Not just the concept are different, the whole project is different. Soma is working on a social marketplace while UTRust is working on a paypal like crypto based payment service, which will work together with SOMA as the first partner.

Why do you make a difference between the segments and your partnership? Soma and Utrust target the market, regardless of different markets, this does not mean that there is no possibility of integration, I think the partner was very well thought out and advantageous for both sides, and certainly have good news in the near future. In addition, of course to pass credibility on both projects, we know that they are both qualified and committed to their goals.

To restrict these tokens that were distributed during the pre-sale with a huge bonus from being traded could be a solution. But I guess it would only delay the dump because these kind of investors tend to sell their share as soon as they can with some profit and then move to the next project. They are not really interesting in waiting and holding them for the long term.

You could do this, but that's probably nothing investors would want to. In the worst case they would like to act fast and that is something you can't do if you don't have control over your full investment.
