The concept is actually very amazing, I think it could really establish a new paradigm in the way of content to be streamed around the web. In theory. We'll see in practice...

There will be no restrictions on sections so yes there will be if you want to see this section, people will only see the sections they want.

is this gone be decentralize? I mean, are we gone upload our video to some servers and on that way we gone share it?
