I dont think so,if the alt has good use in our daily lives people will still buy it no matter what happens to btc.

The high fees are creating alot of FUD

Those who don't know Blockchain completely and just have heard some things about Bitcoin might lose their interest. But I personally know that how blockchain  and cryptocurrencies will change the world.

Definitely not because bitcoin is only one out of the many cryptocurrency. When some goes down, for sure some will go up. Depends on how strong they are in the market.

If people were to completely loose interest in bitcoin i think  all the other cryptos would also fail.

I think soon or enough public would lose their interest on btc when the constraint is far too difficult for newbies to get in, we see altcoin major comeback is in-fact that funds are flowing back to them, i believe among the alt seas, cryptocurrency industry would certainly preserve as there are just so much fun and anticipating in blockchain related project that had huge market potential with little side effects (funds are backed up by pre, ico investors).

I don't think people will lose interest in crypto-currencies because it is a sort of investment that could reap them huge profits if they knew how to trade well on the trading markets, it is another version of stocks or forex trading, and crypto-currencies will be here to stay as long as there are profits to be earn from it.

In my opinion you can compare the current phase with internet in the nineties. It is just the beginning, blockchain is here to stay.

I think no one to the bitcoin users today will lose interest.
As long as bitcoin getting increase its value day by day and more users and investor were believing into bitcoin industry.
So why they lose their interest?
They should continue what they been started because this is the opportunity that they are been waiting for..
