Especially with current ETH prices i agree. But i don't mind them having a high cap when you look at the goals they want to achieve. Maybe if they raise 200k ETH instead of 100k, they can meet their goals in 3 years instead of 5.

I agree max they do not collect, but the soft cap is easy! Now the main thing to focus on marketing and development of the project!

For sure a lot of money would help but it depends in how they expend it. If they just use it for marketing and reaching agreements then they are not going to shorten the dates.

Of course, you're right. Proper expenditure of funds is the key to success and prosperity of the project. But I want to clarify that some of the projects that raised a lot of money while ICO threw the development of their platforms.

As many said, blockchain will for perfectly with the health care industry. Also EHF will use machine learning and artificial intelligence, its also technologies that will work pretty well with health care. Im impatient to see the first application.

Transparency is probably a good thing in the health industry, specially for travelling people a worldwide medical record is great.

Transparency is only good when you can ensure anonymity. I don't want to have my medical data showed to the public.

Exactly, and a lot of people are protective of their medical data. But a system could be implemented that you can easily share your medical data with people you chose, like a doctor.

If they manage the project in a correct way, the main goal should be development, then marketing, you can't start selling a product if you keep aiming at marketing all the time.. because if for some reason it fails.. there should at least be the proof that they give their best in trying to create a great app.. but let's not get ahead of ourselves... I believe the softcap should be enough. It will break several records if the project does reach the hard cap.

Yeah it is a large discount or bonus it may ruin the price when it hit the exchange or, investors might stay away because of it but lets see how the ICO goes.
