I assume that remote diagnostics and recommendations will be given by doctors? It's just it will be over the eHealth app, right?
My opinion is that at the early stages of the project it will be realized with real doctors, but later the devs will add AI and database to this process. Have you seen how Akinator almost always guesses whom you think of? It's gonna be pretty much the same I guess. Of course the final desicion will be made by doctors, but meanwhile results that help patients to narrow down the seach area may be successfully made by hi-tech means (including blockchain)
I guess there is going to be some kind of device to do a test and check your health status. If it's just talking to the doctor, I can make all the information that is not objective.
The opinions of doctors with all their experience will definitely be needed in the beginning. However, I can imagine that an AI can learn here and later on replace them partly.
Of course it is a must to have specialists there. I think it is necessary to have specialists for all parts during the project, not only for the beginning.
Surely it is indispensable to any ICO, mainly something related to health and so promising, I still have a video soon where such members demonstrate their knowledge about the project, concept and application, these videos are always exciting and shows us that we made a good choice to follow the project
