ICO will be on March 3. I posted link above about ICO details. But you must be in whitelist for participiate (whitelist closed already). Bounty ended as well.
So if you are not in whitelist, you could buy on exhanges after 17 March (when tokens will be distributed). But I think price will be much higher than on ICO. May be 10x from ICO price... This is great project with huge potential (possible few billions marcetcap at the end of this year and 50x +)

- 24 hours after start time, on 4th March 2018 Sunday 10am GMT+8: Individual cap increased to 10 ETH i.e. for someone who has purchased 1 ETH in the first 24 hours, he or she may now purchase an additional 9 ETH on a FCFS basis
