Yes. The Qryptos exchange is very strong. The only drawback of the exchange is a long process of verification and slow support.

PolicyPal Network will be listed on QRYPTOS on April 19. Tokens will be unlocked 3 days before the exchange listing, which should happen tomorrow.

Everyone wants binance, yet with the listing prices there it is highly unlikely unfortunately. Unless they want to throw away 1 million usd of the development fund for just one Exchange.

Postpone a litlle is a good decision. I think market will recovery a more until this time, and PAL will start from 10x.
And i dont think, that start from Binance a good idea. They must growing gradually. And add new exchanges time to time. ANd token will growing more and more. And listing to Binance must be in really huge bull market. Than we can see even 20x or more.

I also like when the price of tokens grows slowly. Fast pump is bad for the price-after a while there is a sharp drop, and then the price for a long time can not recover to the previous level.

The bounties are still only locked for 2 weeks extra compared to ICO pariticipants so nothing changes for the bounty compared to the investors.
And i think both thoose decisions are the correct move from VAL.
