No. seems not competed. At last I think better to wait official announce from PAL team or from Kucoin team. So wait untill offical announce. But of course if you want to hold a long time PAl than better keep coins on their wallet instead exchanges. It looks like secure (they have Mnemonic phases and Private key secure).

Supernodes looks like very easy for use. No need VPS or dedicated server for run a node. It can be running on PC. rewards will be paid every month, but only  after the token swap is completed at the end of Q1. Looks like very promising 

But this is possible to run on VPS too. Or they going to make this possible (not sure). And you dont need run 24|7 as I know. As for first month there is needed only 1 Transaction Processed per month (but this may be increased in future).
