i use this service for 2 months i reach the loyality bonus. my first deposit was 0.1 btc and it says 0.1btc deposited to my account after reaching the loyality but 0.01 btc came. wtf

they release 0.01 bonus per 800 royalty points, so imo you just got 800-1600 points, you need to bet more and play more to get more points, you will collect full 0.1 btc until you got 8000 points, hope my answer can help u. For more details about points calculation, just read their bonus terms

like me, i deposited 5 btc and would get 5 btc match bonus, but it is not instantly added cause their bonus is different with other casinos' bonuses, i got 0.3 btc since i wager here, and those 0.3 btc was released by  0.01* 30 times.
