it never did release by 20 chips, and  they could never tell me how i got my bonus when i asked them so i had to watch and im pretty sure it release by 2 chips and sometimes it takes awhile to hit the cashier

We are expected 2 hours of down time tomorrow morning 2-4am approximately EST.  This down time will be due to an upgrade to the conversion rate which will now be converting payments from dollars to btc in real time.  Please let us know if you have any questions about this. 

Yes, this should be a big improvement and was supposed to be the original method the exchange was done.  It will show btc on the website but show the updated rate every time you buyin to a tournament.  We will add this to the list of considerations.  We appreciate your valuable feedback.

Two quick updates from BetcoinPoker.com staff.

1.  The conversion between btc and WPN tournament buyins is now done in real time and will adjust with the current market value.  This was supposed to be the original setup however it was hard coded in at a specific price.  Now, the precise value of your btc in and out of a tournament for dollars will be exact at the market rate. 

2.  We have noticed the disconnects and some canceled tourneys and tomorrow we are undergoing a massive server upgrade which will cause 2-3 hours of poker downtime from 5-8:00am EST.  This is a necessary step to ensure there are no issues moving forward.
