It has been almost 2 hours now, even when my wallet says 3 confirmations completed for the initial bet.

I thought you are talking about score prediction, directbet is running score predictions for soccer, Ice Hockey, and Basket Ball in game and rounds section. You have to predict the correct score to win free bet.
