i want to ask about coin flip ( Double Or Nothing ). is this only work for single bet not a parlay bets?

when i was setting up for parlay, i got this coin flip : double or nothing, what exactly is this?
It's a new feature that we just released, but it is only applicable to Single bets and has no effect on Toto ~ Parlay bets.
Double or Nothing !If you select this option and your Single Bet wins, we will flip a provably fair coin for a double payout.
If you win the coin flip, you will receive a double payout, otherwise your bet will be settled as lost.

after the end of the game while Suarez score at the 7th minute?
When i bet over 1.5 goals, it settle automatically once it reach 2 goals even if the game hasnt ended yet
