Hi, I made a bet right now , a parlay bet which had payouts of 2.56x . After sending, it said we are no longer accepting bets for this event, incase you had sent please refresh to see if it counted. After a refresh it showed bet placed at odds 2.02x. The bet was placed just now. Shouldn't it tell me odds changed, and give me an option to cancel?
That depends on what you selected when you ordered the bet.
For this bet you selected the "Flexible Odds" betting option, instructing us to confirm your bet at the best current available odds. As soon as we receive your bet transfer, we immediately make a single inquiry to the current odds, and these odds are set as the confirmed odds for the bet. Most of the times, if you send out the bet immediately, the odds will be the same as they were by the time you ordered the bet, but in other times, especially during in-play betting when odds fluctuate, the odds might be higher or lower.
You also have an option to instruct us to reject the bet if the odds are lower than ordered, and for single bets you can also specify the minimum odds you're willing to accept.
