Are all withdrawals in C-CEX used fee 2250 satoshi or less than 10000 satoshi ? some withdrawal hampered because it uses a low fee
while each user pays 20000 satoshi for each withdrawal  some of my friends complain about this issue maybe you can consider the issue of the withdrawal fee

I'm sure all withdrawals today experiencing the same thing do not know why the c-CEX pay a very low fee when users pay 20k satoshi
If c-CEX want to take advantage of the withdrawal fee is not a problem should menaikkna withdrawal fee let's wait for the response of c-CEX

My withdrawal also unconfirmed  over 4 hours you have to find a solution to this problem

nothing update when uther will ready trade on c-cex

Looks like btc network was overloaded that time. All the transactions were created normally like always but still they took much more time to confirm. From our side we already increased tx fee so this issue looks fixed now. Currently all that transactions already have >100 confirmations. Apologies for inconvenience you may have because of btc blockchain.

I just did a withdrawal few mins ago, and after I got notification email, it told me to click the withdrawal link like usual. But after I clicked, it showed "Incorrect withdrawal link. Please, make sure this link was not used before and You are logged in to Your account in this window." Could you help me out to solve this issue?

I never mixed up anything i quoted what you wrote on the start of your thread.Your support wont do anything because management told them to deny me access.As I said Scammers and liars thats my opinion of the company
