DRK could really make a move if that is the case. Continued development will be the key.

Even if bitcoin can fork I doubt they will implement anon technologies because there are too many big businesses and governments to please. Too many eyes on them I think?

Payments are here to stay they wont be stopped at any point in the process. We will monitor the debug.log for a few days and hopefully there wont be anything there , after Evan is satisfied he enforces the tamper proof part. But who cares the important thing is masternodes are being paid and that sets the financial snowball effect in motion.

No it is still off, afaik. Masternode payments are live regardless and won't be turned off, but yes it is probably too early to declare RC3 "finished".

Very nice passive approach to the fork implementation (+ expansion of dev team, + expansion of test net)

Maybe it wasn't such a bad thing after all to have those two hiccups.

Short answer: RC3 release (or pre-release testing on main blockchain)

First mover advantage... I get that, I also get that there's a bunch of money tied up in darkcoin too. But sooner or later you guys must realize that other coins are doing it better, faster and with more innovation.

I expect to see darkcoin loose a lot of its volume to others in the near future. First the whales need to figure out how to cash out 1000's of btc's in darkcoin to get into others.

No it is still off, afaik. Masternode payments are live regardless and won't be turned off, but yes it is probably too early to declare RC3 "finished".

Enforcement is "false" at the moment, as more pools, MNs and network get updated. Yes the idea is to keep an eye on debug logs and see if there will be any updates/changes needed with the pools making the biggest impact and helping us get to enforcement=true faster.

Bottom line is MNs have started making money.
