The Rockets had a bad first quarter, only scoring 12 points, but they came back strong in the second with 37 points, taking a 3-point lead at the half. This game is actually pretty interesting. With that kind of comeback, I have a feeling they’ll carry the momentum going forward. So most likely, we’re looking at the Rockets winning this one.

Anyway, gotta move forward. I’m looking at Magic vs Knicks. Knicks have a bad road record at 1–4, while the Magic are solid at home with 6–3. So I’m not going to overthink this one. I’m rolling with the home team to win, Magic moneyline.

f I had bet on the Wolves that time, I would’ve been really upset with what happened. The Wolves aren’t known for choking, they even beat a strong team like the Nuggets in the playoffs, and I feel like they kinda own them. But against the Suns, who aren’t even a playoff team right now, they were up by a good margin and still made those mistakes in the crucial seconds. That was insane and honestly unacceptable.

Clippers finally broke their losing streak with a win in Charlotte, but I don’t think that will continue. They’re facing the Cavaliers next, and Cleveland has a 7–3 home record. They’re bad at covering the spread at home at 2–8, but I think this time they’ll pull it off. The line looks like a trap, but I’m taking the Cavaliers anyway at -9.
