Just yesterday, the whole world was betting on the question "Will Pelosi land in Taiwan, or will the Americans get scared"?
We now know that she visited Taiwan.
I thought to myself: perhaps one can bet on such short-term predictions of the behavior of politicians, especially since many of their actions disturb people all over the world. And accordingly, there can be much more players. And the resolution of the dispute will be fast.
But the Pelosi story is just something that just came to my mind when the news was kept intriguing until the last moment.
Even a plane with a delegation of American congressmen was allowed to go along a tricky route, in an arc, and not in a straight line.

Dang, this ended as soon as this was posted. Pelosi went to Taiwan on just the 2nd day of August. This market is a fast and easy win, though it is an extremely hard market to predict given that there aren't much signs back in July that can at least hint at Pelosi visiting Taiwan.
