I would assume that they are not offline all that much because they come in here and actually do something when they do come in. I understand that it is not something common to see these type of places because we do not have bitcoin related betting anywhere else.

However, it is understandable for them to be not around all that much as long as when they come in they are actually caring and listening about people's problems, that is all we could hope for. If you are not going to do something that would reflect on what people are doing then why are you even here? I would rather have this type of absence then have chatting PR people who just talk and do absolutely nothing else for the community.

If they are still busy this time then they are missing the bigger chance of advantage movement because we are in December now and look at the gambling section , there are new casinos coming here and there everyday.
offering different style and making everything possible just to lure players.
and also those established casinos are making advertising from all sides.
so if Futuur will continue this attitude in treating this forum then they must expect to be forgotten in the future though they have original concept of gambling site.

Indeed. That is also what is inside my mind because leaving and letting it hang without any explanation can make people feel uncomfortable. But we can not do anything as they still do not come back here and explain something. I already sent them a ticket so hopefully, one of their staff will read that and will come here to explain to us.

Only they will know when they will come back here and tell us about their new update. Hopefully, that can bring more attention from people so they can aware that Futuur still runs and come back with new surprises.

I think they already lost attention from people as they are not actively maintaining their thread anymore. We do not know where the site will go and it seems, the site is just run without any new idea or concept or promotions so makes people wonder if they are still serious to work for their site or it will abandon someday.

If they still do not give an explanation regarding what happens to their site, I am afraid that will not need too long to see their members will leave them without look back on them. Actually, this month will be the best time for them to come back here as usual, at the end of the year and at the new year, many sites will give so many surprises to their loyal customer. So that can give them a chance to invite more players to their site.

Maybe they have concern but maybe they are not getting something here that's why they are not so active here, if they are successful and their business is profitable for sure they will do all they can just to sustain their business. But maybe they are not getting any revenue anymore that's why we see they are lacking with interaction as well as the promotion. Bitcointalk is one of the largest crypto community there's no doubt in that but if they remain silent then they cannot compete with their competitors here.

I mean what's not to like? They are basically doing things that would be amazing to bet on and not usual "which soccer team will win" bets. They have political stuff, they have everyday stuff, they have economics related stuff, they have elon musk to mars type of stuff, they even have bitcointalk stuff in there which is more than enough to say about how much they care about here.

I get that they may not be around anymore, and maybe they are doing it very rarely but at the end of the day they are still doing something that is unique in their own way and that matters a lot. Which is why I believe that people are still interested in this place, since they can't find %90+ of the bets here in any other casino.

They came back just to tell about their Bitcointalk update on their site which I think as not a good update. Anyway, we can always contact them privately but for me its better for them to update us here in the forum since they do marketing here before and maybe its time now to have another one, because this site is still a good one they just have to do some marketing.
