Yes, you are right, usually the concern is the of minimum withdrawals as well as withdrawal fees, and even if there is a minimum deposit it is usually because there are promos such as deposit bonuses.

Futuur had 1mBTC minimum deposit requirement and it was showing in deposit page when they had only bitcoin as real money betting option. Now they aren't showing any message like that but their FAQ page still shows that minimum deposit amount is 1mBTC. However, they haven't updated their FAQ page in this year. Only OP clarify about current situation here. I don't think that they have added min deposit requirement for altcoins. BTW, few crypto casino have min deposit limit for bitcoin to prevent dust attacks.

I see, Meaning the withdrawal fee of Bitcoin does not change since then ? but it's good thing that you added other coins for an option .

But regarding the fees , can't you make it Adjustable ? i mean depend on the speed that we needed ?

Yesterday Futuur has sent an official announcement message (in mailbox) about the launch of altcoins. Today I have made a small deposit in TRX. The deposit took more than 20 minutes to get credited in my account. I'm not unsatisfied with it, but the withdrawals are still manual at their platform. @futuur, it will be great if you implement instant withdrawal system now.

For some people, this email is marked by spam and promotion, which will make it non notify/important. Possible another user doesn't know about this.

I suggest updating news on social media also, twitter, Facebook and Instagram, I know those all collapse since half-year ago, like being ignored.

Even though Social media is the place to quickly match the information, if the company ignored it, it is possible will ignored by customers also.

Their social media have very few followers, and for twitter the last update is 23 Feb they must also be active on social media to shared all their updates, also the telegram channel is one that is widely used by gambling websites, unfortunately futuur doesn't have it yet.

I got a notification in an email on July 23 didn't pay much attention to it because I already found out about this update here.

Well, I always received email from futuur many times like they added new cryptocurrency and you can predict whatever sports you want and whatever cryptocurrency you will use to bet. Well they do put an effort to email those who have accounts on futuur either a small time gambler or a big time gambler.

Maybe that is because you allowed them to do send you an automated email whenever there are new updates or any notifications available for your account. It is really a good system any money-related site should have IMO. Most of the casinos where I play also does the same thing.
