Judging by the number of similar complaints on all platforms - it is clear that Rollbit is a casino that is currently holding clients' money, in an outrageous way accusing them of creating second accounts and ignoring most requests. I repeat, I really hope that this is some kind of mistake, but even if it is, it will not be solved in so much time... What excuses can there be? You can say as much as you like that, for example, the players themselves are to blame and may have violated the rules, but the casino has not provided any evidence either publicly or personally to the players. To such questions, they simply ask to name their other accounts. Please be completely sincere yourself, do you not find your attempts to whitewash the casino funny?

It will not only be bad for their users, it will also be absolutely be BAD for their reputation in the WHOLE Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and casino communities.

Plus, for the users in BitcoinTalk, the biggest indicator that a casino service has lost its credibility is if its campaign manager has stopped the signature campaign because of the casino's questionable business practices. That has NOT happened.

Saw those claims and actually there's nothing new there. But also we cannot say that those newbies don't have valid claims that's why its better to wait and get an update regarding on those ongoing cases since there's no doubt that Rollbit would solve those legitimate issues that affect their gamblers.

Also they are a big brand so for sure that they always want to protect the reputation of their business. So I guess what we can do for now is to get an update on this case, then hopefully everything will settle so that people here would go back discussing more interesting topics.

I guess it depends. I have used the casino in the past with no issue, but complaints like yours are becoming more common where they ask the accused person to list all their multiple accounts. To be honest, I so much hate the robotic responses that keep insisting on one listing their accounts

Why not just state the linked accounts to the accused? I don't know how those customer assistants are trained.

Actually didn't have any problem when playing on Rollbit since I only use one account and don't experience same situation as yours.

And by looking at the situation happened to you it seems you are still under investigation.

So I guess much better to cooperate with them then try to see if you can help to make the investigation became more faster.

Since if you avoid to declare those things they ask then expect maybe that you can experience delay of their response. Its hard to experience this stressful situation that's why I avoid using multiple account to avoid this issues.

Who is this user and what actually happened? I believe we should hear his/her side of the issue. That situation might be something to learn from if our accounts, despite being innocent, might have the same issue. Can you post the links of his posts?

He/she should also ask them HOW they made the absolute conclusion that he/she has more than one account.

I think they are, or their flagging system has a lot of false positives. Reason being, after telling the user to list all his other accounts, they eventually unlock the blocked account if the user insists over several days or weeks

Those are the methods casinos don't disclose, but at least they should be able to list to the user the accounts that are linked to his instead of asking him to list them.

Damn! It's really frustrating whenever sites like Rollbit employ these unethical steps to try and make sure that some gamblers just use up their funds before processing withdrawals through common reasons like multiple accounts, KYC issues etc.

If you legitimately used a single account, you shouldn't have to go through this bullshit. Post your case in askgamblers too and keep trying patiently.

Also base on that thread the user contact get a fast resolution of his issue when he write them up in this email compliance@rollbit.com so try to send them an email, then see if same with that user you can get more faster response from Rollbit.

Not only one user but actually two users with their successful contacts to Rollbit team and got their issues resolved.

The given email address looks like one from Rollbit's Compliance Team and I did not check those user issues but likely are related to ToS Compliance on Rollbit.
