Amazing...

This is the first time I've seen a block with so few transactions in quite a while... There was a complete lack of pending transactions, which is what allowed for it to happen.
Looks like nobody cares about inscriptions whatsoever, anymore. I still think its one of the coolest "bitcoin hacks" I've ever seen in a while, but the problem is that instead of using the hack to store anything interesting, people just copy/pasted a bunch of stupid jpegs in there.
Actually I'm wondering if anyone ever uploaded inscriptions of my token images. Those would be useful to me for my own purposes. It would be cool if someone made a reverse image finder for inscriptions.
I believe if the community didn't protest or reacted negatively about Ordinals/BRC-20/Bitcoin-NFT, perhaps it wouldn't get the surge of attention that was required to make it "viral". If the community merely ignored it, than it definitely would make fees high - for a while, then it would go aways.
Simply another demonstration that the network, and the fee market, is working as designed.
