Bitcoin has lasted for some days now below 100k and I can liken this to the increasing number of people on the bench due to various reasons and market conditions. Bitcoin exercise is worth engaging in and if hitting 100 pushups daily is the least I can contribute to sustain bitcoin above 100k, then I'm not going back on it. Monitor your system and improve your diet after each of your daily pushups exercise.
I observed 4 sets of pushups today. Three sets in the morning hours in 10 and 12 minutes interval to get 40, 30 and 20 then did another set of 30 pushups 8 hours later. Maybe I'm beginning to see how stress-free @Jayjuangee achieves his many pushups a day in 1-3 hours intervals.

I doubt that my pushups are stress free... but if you wanted to increase your quantity per day, then you could spread the pushups out..and even potentially do double sets each time that you do them. Your body likely becomes accustomed to more frequency and/or more pushups per set... but you sometimes also have to figure out if you schedule will permit spreading out your pushups, and I know that some guys have jobs (or daily activities) that makes it more difficult for them to spread their pushup sets throughout the whole day.
Sometimes also if we think about it.. if we are trying to increase out quantity of daily pushups, then at minimum we might want to try to make sure that we do one set as soon as we get up (within reason), and then the final set right before going to bed (within reason). So then if we have two sets out of the way, then it is just a matter of figuring out when we are going to fit in our other three sets for the day (in the event we are trying to do 5 sets in a day).
By the way, today, I already did 4 pushup sets, so I ONLY have one more set left.. which surely is a good feeling to ONLY have one set left for the day... and also feels good to have had gotten all of the earlier 4 sets out of the way fairly early in the day so that the final sets are not dragging into the evening or the night...but in the beginning of my doing 5 sets per day, my body was so sore that the ONLY way that I could accomplish 5 pushup sets per day was to spread them out as much as I was able to do so in order to feel that I was given my body sufficient time to recover between pushup sets.
Yes I understand that your push-ups May not be as stress-free as it appears, but it's definitely very accommodating and less painful. I was only opportuned to experience that long interval push-up yesterday because I had a less busy day at work unlike other days and also unlike today will be.
Duty schedule is a huge determinant factor to how often or how long you engage in pushups. Sometimes I personally don't engage in a lengthy pushup in one set not because I'm completely worn out but because I won't want to give a chance to extreme soreness in order not to affect my days work. I already have piles of work to attend to today and wouldn't overwork myself this early. So long as I've got my 100 pushups this early, I'm good with it. If I'm not completely finished before leaving work, I may consider getting another set.
I engage more in higher push-up number during vacation or holiday since I would have enough time to heal before resumption.
