Thank you for posting this image, I will most definitely be trying some things out and seeing what tastes good and works for me. I happen to have cashews and almonds in the house, so I'll give those a shot and maybe next time I'm at the store I'll pick up some lentils and quinoa. I think I might be more excited about concocting a breakfast smoothie than actually eating healthy. I hope this continues to go well. I'm really enjoying this whole healthy morning milkshake thing.

One good way you can sneak vitamins into your milkshake without having to prepare other meals to get them is to add leafy greens because it is a powerhouse for vitamins and minerals. What I learned from my mom and I love to share with you is that it's not just about what you add, but how you pair things together in your milshake. Though i never liked it while growing up.

I like the spirit and energy in this challenge. To be honest am enjoying every process to our goal. The fact that we are motivated to experiment and have fun with the push-up challenge will make things sustainable in the long run. It may look small but it is an impactful change that will pay off in so many ways.

If you had started at 20 you might not have the level of commitment and wisdom you have now regarding the benefits. Perhaps you will be doing it for doing sake who knows. But this makes it feel much better because you are likely to stick to the process and appreciate it even more.
