Maybe the delay he encounter right now is due to the network, since I always use bep20 while he withdraw using erc20 but of course, this is not certain. No, I did not complete KYC to make withdrawal.
I simply do 1x wager before withdrawal because the first time I received a bonus code that comes from winning the raffle, there's a prompt appeared when I try to withdraw after trying a few games, it is stated that I need to complete 100% of the deposit before I can withdraw. After I complete the requirement, I was able to withdraw my winnings.

I just withdrawn $100 few days ago after winning my bet, no KYC asked and its probably less than 15 minutes for the whole process
