Yesterday, I posted a review on Trustpilot, and it was initially marked as published.
However, it was later removed, with Trustpilot citing several possible reasons. Since I was using a VPN and browsing in Private mode at the time, I suspect that this may have triggered the removal.
In something bad, we have to see positive things as well. However, Trustpilot has some criteria and does not approve all feedback, even though it doesn't seem that way. That's why many people don't even consider it completely relevant.
CCE.Cash uses a non-KYC system. I exchanged BTC for Monero, which clearly helps improve privacy.
However, on TrustPilot I am required to disclose my IP address, and I am not allowed to use privacy settings or tools such as a VPN (users who rely on the Tor Browser may also be affected by this restriction). In my opinion, this clearly reduces privacy.
I understand that there is also a positive side to this policy, as it helps ensure that reviewers are real users and not bots that can come from anywhere to leave fake positive reviews without actually trying the service.
