I was thinking about the last time I used CCECash, aI imagined the following scenario:
Imagine I copied the wrong destination address for which I I don't have the privkey. What if there were a button to cancel the swap, as long as it hasn't been processed yet?
In this case, CCECash would receive the funds, but the costumer would cancel the transaction mid-process because they realized the wrong address and could lose the funds if the transaction proceeds its normal course.
What do you think about this?
This is an excellent suggestion, but there are some issues, such as:
1. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
2. Our order processing is automated.
3. The confirmation threshold for many tokens is very low; most orders are completed in less than a minute after delivery. This excludes cryptocurrencies with slower block confirmation speeds, such as Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and Monero (XMR).
Of course, we will add this feature if we change our operating model and deem it appropriate. Thank you very much for your suggestion. We also remind all users to carefully verify the receiving address before making any transfers to ensure its accuracy.
