WARNING to Vega.bet users!
Another bookmaker has just confiscated over $3,500 of my betting winnings, apparently because of cryptocurrency transactions associated with my deposits and withdrawals at Vega.bet.
Maybe you need to find a mediator to help you get answers regarding that transaction. I dont know if one of the members handling the Vega campaign can help you with this. Try consulting with them, and if they are agree to help, I think you should agree to share the transaction hash too, this way to make everything clear for sure. I know your concerns about privacy, but blockchain evidence should be able to confirm whether the addresses involved are actually linked to ExWallet.io or not.
In addition, even though Vega.bet used ExWallet.io as payment service provider, I dont think it will makes Vega.bet responsible for Power.Win decision. Im not saying that either party is definitely at fault or saying your story isnt true, but I think we need to verify the actual payment flow and examine the evidence behind, before making any conclusions. Hopefully Vega representative also giving us information regarding this issue.
Thank you for taking time to show interest in this case!
I already posted the complaint on "contesthunters.com" as recommended by another member, so hopefully, a trusted mediator can intervene and help to clear this thing up. I found both casino sites here, so I try to solve it from this source, before contacting AskGamblers/CasinoGuru, or even the regulator.
I am not blaming Vega.Bet here right now. They paid my winnings previously fair and square. But I do think that players deserve to be warned for potential future consequences, until the responsibilities of both parties are cleared in this situation. This is why I invited them over to my scam accusation page to add their insight.
