Mate if it was that easy I think every gambling site would have been closed long back itself.
You cannot avid gambling unless you take some strict decisions on yourself. To control ourselves not to gamble we need self discipline. With self discipline and self control we do not need to avoid gambling (because you can make profits in gambling with self control).

Keep yourself occupied enough so that you don't even have to think about gambling and spending money. Just plan out your day before hand what you're going to spend your time on every hour. So let's say you got a 9-5 job. You get up in the morning, attend to your job. Go the the gym after work, have dinner after, spend the night with your spouse or family and go to bed, repeat.

If you have a wife give your wife the money for gambling so that you can't use it.
The partners what you is always the best choice to do, because they will control you. If you are single I suggest doing some sport so you can get a kick with it than gambling if doesn't work search for someone to help you.

lol, when i read the "if u are single" part i thought u was about to suggest getting a wife  u did mention search for someone but i think that's not the case.
think further, a wife who control u would be a nightmare for single man, though 

TBH, I love the nature as much as I love the Bitcoin. If you can spend most of your free time with your family and friends, you can certainly lose interest in gambling.

You should set yourself a limit on how much time you will spend and how much money you will spend. YOU MUST NOT GO OVER THESE LIMITS!

If you feel you can not control yourself it is best to let other people know about your issue if you are really addicted. Family and friends can help reduce your addiction to gambling.

If you really feel you can not control your urges it is best you stay away from all gambling and find some new hobbies ASAP.

the question is how to stay away from gambling not how much money you should gamble, in my opinion the gamblers should take up some new hobbies such as sports

nice advice but unfortunately that won't work to some ,including me, that have a circle of gambler friends seriously , i once went a vacation on a province with some of my friends to relax but still i can't help myself gambling cuz one of my friends brought a deck of cards with him. we played but it was all for entertainment cuz there is no internet connection on the place. we enjoyed even though i lose some of my pocket money.

Find other things to do, get another hobby.

Go and study the bible until you find the light and you will probably stop gambling
