Yes i agree with you, it's really hard to stay away from gambling if you are really a gambling addict. For stay away for gambling you need promise to yourself to stop gambling.

It is very difficult to stop your gambling addiction especially if you are already addicted to it because an addicted gambler can never stop the gambling addiction overnight. Sure, you can stop gambling for a day or two but sooner or later you will find yourself in the casino again. But I didn't say it can't be done.

Gambling is like a sickness, some people are able to save but some people will fall in a black hole and never get out it again, the people that are falling in that black hole need professional help.

These people first should speak with their relatives about it and than maybe they could help the one with searching for a professional or something.

Easier said than done. And it cannot be treated overnight. It needs a lot of self restrain and help intervention from friends and relatives. Addiction is addiction. You cannot just say I'm done and it's over. There is still that craving that will pull you back.

Probably going to take you weeks, if not months to stop your gambling addiction if you have been addicted to gambling for years. Try to reduce your gambling activities bit by bit. Perhaps you will be able to stop gambling... soon.

I don't see a relaxing excursion or vacation or trip as good advice for one to move away the old gambling. As the probability of returning back from the way their gambling after the trip ends have a chance. The solution to keep it off in gambling really should include all the desirable and interesting that gaves people gambling so I see it really makes sense if that gamblers will find another source of money is really worth the money without risking such a stable job with a decent payout. After all who can control is the person itself.

Indeed this can be referred to as scenarios, but this scenario could also fail if, do not be melupaka gambling. Because the main point/key in this issue is the recollection in gambling. If they do this but in their minds there is still gambling, surely they can't eliminate its activities.
