Most of the time it is not hard to stay away from gambling but in some cases of people who's been really addicted to it, it is a different case and will need psychiatric care because an addict doesn't have the right mind at time and will need to go to a rehab sessions to make his condition stable.

I think not a great plan of advise people that are getting hook on gambling likes the instant cash it could offer than just getting their selves in just for past times except cigarettes but in some cases they just do both gambling and cigars but other thing are just past times for them.

If you want to spend times with friends, it is better that you ask some of your friends which is not like gambling ask him or her to drag you out if you already lose or win a lot in casino. I think this is a better way so you will spend your time in casino and your friends too
