    Yes I can understand this completely, been myself sometimes feel addicted to gambling and tough to resist when have bitcoins in my wallet. Hence, now days I convert my BTC in fiat or lending out to friends so that, I can prevent myself from gambling.

    Its easy to say those words but when it comes to real implementation then you are in a tough situation bro. I think you can stop gambling only when you make yourself having no time at all for gambling. If you have spare time, you wont stop.

    Yes, that's true but you also need to think about what your doing.

    Also for some people its not easy to stop, they should delete their accounts.

    Just be sure that you will lose everything if you stay doing it.

    I think its the best to think about the future.

    Yeah this is true.. we really need a distraction or a diversion, when I got addicted in billiards( not online gambling related )  I tried to jam with my band for whole day. then after that, I got too busy, thinking of what to play for the next session,  Wink

    Spending time with family or friends is the best advice to come out from gambling habits. If your alone than mostly you will think always about the winning strategies and once you think you got some idea than you will immediately start gambling so if you spend time with your family and friends than mostly you will not get time to think on gambling.

    I would suggest that you try to be away from gambling for a week and then see your life, it will make you feel really nice. And eventually end up the addiction too.
