Bitcoin is not anonymous (http://www.bitcoinisnotanonymous.com/), it is pseudo-anonymous. Because many ppl think so, it leads press to write all this bs about bitcoin. Whats more, many bitcoiners spread incorrect information about bitcoin beeing anonymous, fulling the debate and use of bitcoin for illegal things.

These doesn't mean bitcoin support it, but the technology gives a way that's it.

Like any other currency? Of course. Criminals use any currency in the world from USD to AUD etc... every place in which there is a currency it's being used for local criminal activities, Bitcoin is a global currency and of course some criminals would be using it.

Agree to you I think criminals are using various means to deceive law enforcement. although with bitcoin is very safe but I'm sure they do not just use bitcoin for their illegal activities
