Bancor X is going to get recognition and being used widely. I have not check how it works but it should be much more effectively than other solution providers. I can be confident of it because I know how Bancor's protocol works after making few transaction some time ago. Market is looking for solution to smooth crosschains interactions and this may be final solution.

Bancor is a protocol  for creating erc20 smart tokens. Which allows users to trade through smart contracts.
Haven't heard anything about a DEX through Aion tbh. Is there an article or something you might have for reference?

It allows for conversions, not exactly creation. As for your question, are you looking for a reference to anything in particular?
