I think ethereum is stronger because the application of smart contracts and eth-based decentralization markets is increasingly being used more than waves. The ages of waves are also younger and still require a lot of new innovations, they will continue to compete with each other's development, but this time is 1-0 for ethereum.

I think they are totally different technologies. Ethereum provides smart contract idea to let lots of functions to be executed in the ether blockchain. However, waves is just a decentralized market platform. It has nothing to do with smart contracts so far. It's like an exchanger. In market cap and community, ether has much more strength.

Waves is scheduled to have a lot of improvement this year including smart contracts by Christmas and its team is pretty slick.

I like Waves. Not convinced by Ethereum - pre-mined, lack of transparency, not mass market user-friendly and scalability issues.

Agree, those both coins are mostly used to as tokens platform. They both are in great development although the price is much different. just a slightly different with exchanger feature. Waves can use DEX instead while Ethereum uses Etherdelta.

Waves and eth is both successful coin so why do you need to compare this two coins?
And i think waves will not replace the eth

All wallet has advantages and disadvantages each of his, but I use Etherium because fewer transaction costs compared to the waves that transaction costs are greater, in the function is indeed superior because the waves can be tradingkan directly on the waves

Waves is slowly rising but this is because a lot of people already realized this is going to be a huge project and so whales kept cashing out money from it and then manipulate the market causing the dumps and them getting more waves again.

You just need to wait til the DEX is working well that all functionality will be working. WAVES is all in one platform where you can do everything without leaving the platform unlike waves that you need to move your tokens to their native exchange before trading. HOld your WAVES.

I'd still prefer ether for now. Waves has been making waves that's correct and with a good team behind it, it would make it far. Even before waves was released there have already been hypes about this coin but i think eth right now is more established as the alt second to btc

Wave has already made cooperation with many Russian companies and actively implemented in everyday life. The waves are killer live, but they take the live market until the Ethereum more oriented with the Internet.

Ethereum is still the best of all altcoin, although waves show very good progress, it would be hard to beat ethereum.
