all possibilities can happen. because eth and waves have technology is not so different. both have roles. but unfortunately his eth is more potential for now.

yes i believe its so. eth is the best altcoin. and it will be hard for waves to catch up with ethereum. and i believe ethereum will rise to the top soon or later

Both of them are great cryptos. Waves will give better profits because they have most of their progress in front of them, and right now its price is a joke!

Waves can get 10x (720K satoshis) much easier than ETH can get to 10x (55M satoshis).

I think the Ethereum can manage because they had a lot tricks in their sleeves when it comes to cryptocurrency plus so many unique features being offered by the Ethereum. So even this waves are rising ethereum can still manage because if etherium fell then many of its supporting projects and development will fell down.

Etherum and Waves have their advantages and disadvantages.
I think the Etherum and Waves networks will complement each other and I hear the news that Waves is in contact with Etherum.
Anyway, I think Etherum and Waves will run together. 

Both are doing great as smart contract coin. But Ethereum being the first has an added advantage. Gradually Waves is also growing. It is hard to predict whether Waves will overcome ETH or not but both will successfully coexist.

Smart contracts. Ethereum remains the only truly viable solution for implementing these. No other smart contract platform has proven its utility, and none has the level of adoption that Ethereum does.

Thus I would say that ethereum is better than waves

They now act as gatekeepers, often requiring a large fee, and their decision to list or ignore a coin can have a major impact on its success. DEX solves this problem by enabling secure, high-speed trading, whilst we continue to work towards listing on other exchanges.

Waves is easier to use with built in marketplace. But I haven't seen any popular projects on the platform. Moneypot was going to issue their token on the platform but withheld the decision on last moment. Don't know what the reason was but waves is just crowded with worthless tokens.
