One of the reasons why Envion won't be listed on major exchanges is because of the dividends payout. And HitBTC can't provide the kind of volume required to push the price up. Anybody know when the first dividends will be paid out to holders? And what is the requirements. That's what of the few things that attracts me to envion.
based on their medium post, late summer or early fall is when all investors should receive dividend.

The payments will get more frequent as time goes on and once we hit scale, all EVN token holders will get more or less weekly ETH payments. You can probably expect this to happen sometime in late summer or early fall though pre-installation mining could make it sooner."
This is when ALL token holders will receive dividend, even those with very few tokens. The larger holders will receive them much sooner than that.
