    I am buying more and more from yesterday during this panic sell it looking people are trying to get rid of this project but there is still good hope that matter will get resolved and it will back to the original level of price.

    There will now be a legal dispute between the Founders and the CEO of Envion so the courts will decide who proceeds with the project.

    I am very disappointed for investment into this project and now it showing there is no serious team behind this project some greedy people who are fighting for money. It seems this will be big lose for me and lesson learned never invest into this kind of project.

    At this price, it seems like a bargain, the problem is this is crypto...EVN raised a whooping +100 millions in ICO, and now it's only 1/5 of that. I'm not sure where all the $$$ went, but it doesn't looks so good right now. Again, this is crypto, so even at 30 millions market cap, that number could still goes down to zero, if the CEO decided to take the $ and run.

    There is a lot of shit flying around Envion project and now this shitstorm is even bigger. Here you are, watch this video. Founders explain the situation with the lawsuit against them. I had a little hope that finally, Envion wakes up but after watching this video I lost it. This is only beginning and we all will be witnesses of 100 million dollar scam, I think. If lawsuits start to fly around there will be nothing good in the end from this.

    I keep researching and found this site were CEO explains his side of things and as always when you hear his explanation founders are guilty. When you watched founders video on Vimeo you thought that CEO stole tokens. They even call it "First analogue hacking". But truly said there is nothing in the white paper about additional 20 million tokens. I heard about this first time  2 months ago when the announcement shoes up

    Looks like there is no agreement from day one just after the creation of additional tokens. Why all this lies about KYC and ongoing audits we have seen in the last announcement? There was nothing about a disagreement between CEO and founders team. Now they show up with video try to explain themselves. So from the first day, there was a problem and nobody said a word about this until yesterday. Why?

    I think because founders hoped on agreement and CEO don't. Founders did something wrong and against the law, so CEO is holding all cards now. It will be good if somebody from members has a knowledge and experience in such cases, especially from Switzerland.

    I would like to know how the next months will look like. What are the next legal steps and how long this would take?
    I will be glad to hear possible scenarios for investors. I know that this is almost impossible that we have a member with such a knowledge but maybe law students can be helpful with further explanations.

    This is what happens when amateurs go into business... It's the same with 99% of crypto.

    I think the best way for them is to start refunding ICO funds to investors because they apparently aren't capable running a business and surely won't be capable executing on their promise.

    This is not investment or business advice at all but selling with loss under panicked situation never was good and will never be. Just pay attention to that press release to see issue isn't that big to not be resolved. This is matter over tokens allocation of registered company. This can not remain unsolved but being panicked to take any decision isn't good at all. Everyone should take pros and cons in consideration.

    My thoughts regarding this situation and i would love to know your opinion..


    1) Founders story is true
    2) CEO story is true

    On those to stories the fight is about who gonna win the "chair" on the company.!!
    On both 2 thoughts they have to find a solution on anycase cause at the end no matter who wins on courts their reputation will be the less they need to worry about.

    And finally
    3)None of the stories is true, and maybe is a fake argument in order to regain as much token as possible back in the most possible low price


    No matter what is true or not as me personaly never gonna exchange nore sell my ICO . WHen invested on this company i said to my self " I bet , no matter if i loose or win " and believe me i would love to do another invest on 0.01 cent per token. And i ensure you iam a 6 digit investor on this one!!!

    So this is my prespective of view for this ICO!!!

    I will think about buying under 5 milllion mc. With this mess going on it will fall further

    There are to many ICO scams and new noobs which are pushing prices. I mean 100 million wtf??? How this could ever be a profitable buy at ICO???
    Dragonchain was valued about 10 million at ICO I think in Oktober and is still about 200 million even after this crash. This was my last biggest ICO investement and a good example of not a scam ICO with good profit. Very very rare now. I couldn't find a similar opportunity since then.
    Guys just make a proper due diligence and don't invest in this ICO crap.

    CEO will do a runner to Philipines or Thailand and that be it, just watch.

    Laurent is acting like its not a big deal, funds are there, all we need is change CEO and we good to go.

    They dont provide any evidence as well, like court papers, emails conv. with CEO, nothing, this ICO from beggining is based on bullshiting promises, like ppl were asking for hardware deals proofs, electricity deals proofs, all they were saying we cant show it.
