Most of the people aren't interested in the intricacies of how the project should run. What I'm saying is, through incentives they could possibly make it look more casual and more welcoming.
IMHO, only the quality of the project itself can make it casual and welcoming. And incomes depend on every single user and his investments, you know, how smart and big they are.
Quality is in direct correlation with augmentation and how well-refined some of the functions or intricacies are. That's troubling when you want to present your project to people that have little or no knowledge about cryptocurrencies.
