yes im agree with you that altcoin will be cheap when bitcoin increasing. but seems like bitcoin are struggling to reach 25k $. bitcoin is too high right now and there will be more market correction coming next month. in my country transaction using bitcoin even become illegal. they trying to stop any kind transaction that using bitcoin instead fiat money. So i dont think bitcoin value will increasing near this month. i suggest you to invest on ICO, a new coins from ico seems more stable than coin in top 100 for example FDX, DAT, and spectre coin. new coin indeed are affected by market crash but the value is still trying to bounce to normal and there is still profit that you gain cause bonus from ICO sale.
