my opinion is is wait until chinese new year and then buy. market price will further go downtrend due to this chinese new year

i think now is the good time to buy, it's like alts shopping spreed today since all of them are on red. But for sure sooner all the alts including BTC will go bullrun, lets learn the lesson from the previous year. All of them undergo bloodbath but then again all of them fly after a certain period of time. It's just a matter of courage to venture here in cryptoworld, if you don't have that you'll never make it to the top.

Now to invest a suitable time. Now the market itself but this is my idea that the market will rise again.
The time to invest back into bitcoin is not here yet , maybe pick some alts and wait for bitcoin to hit 10k again ?

I think this is the right time to invest because crypto is experiencing a 50% or even more price drop, or you can wait a bit because of the possibility that the price of crypto in the market will still decrease. My suggestion is better to invest half of the money you have, then wait whether the price will still decrease.

Just wait do not invest immediately the situation now are more risky China is trying to block digital currency exchange transaction,i suggest not to invest the present situation.

Today or this week is yet another mega dip so it's of course investing time for our favorite Altcoins. I bought Ripple, Oyster, Tron and Stellar yesterday although the dip isn't yet over but I'm happy that I bought my coins cheaper than the previous values and prices.
If you still want to wait for another day of another week then maybe you'll miss this opportunity because we'll never know when will the market will pump up again. That's why if you have money on your stash then it's time to unfill it then invest into your most promising altcoins and earn higher return of investments within a quarter or a year or regret later.

keep waiting until the deposit we get the result is profitable, maybe it's time you buy coins at the time the price falls, but love your money if you are not sure

I agree, invest your hard earned money with confidence because investing Crypto has high risks as well but if you're too confident on investing your favorite coins like I do in Ripple, Tron, Stellar and Oyster, I really felt no regrets but excitement.
I'm looking forward to earning high return of investments than just doin nothing.

I think it is a best time to invest, as Bitcoin and all other altcoins are on the downward spiral in value. But take some caution!! And choose a good one. The crypto market will go up after Chinese New Year and the regulation drive will end for the betterment.
