In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.

The most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I think it is the same wether you invest or to wait because when you investing from different ICOs you will wait for your gain and it looks like when you waiting with your holding coins to increase their prices so always be patience when you get into it.

Wait? What else to wait? The market at the bottom, below, we just can not leave, where even lower? Now it seems to me the cleverest buy everything in large volumes 

The best thing to do is to invest immediately as soon as you already have some available money, for as long as the prices of the coins you will be buying are not on their highest. Do not buy during the pumps, especially when they are going on for quite a while already. Buy during the dumps. That is the best time to buy. But right now, the prices are just recovering a little, still a good time to buy. HODL until profits are made.

I think now is the right time to invest in the cause of the current decline. So do not waste any more time to take the position of which coin we can invest. hopefully there are advantages we make decisions.

Though the market price of coins are down still I can  say that it is also a good time to invest. If I have a  huge capital I will take advantage  make investment for I know that good time for crypto market price will be  great again.  It will not be down for so  long.  So  if  I  have investment this time I believe that I can exchange my investment into a bigger  one.

Invest now, another dip is doubtful now as BTC is aiming for crossing over 12k and than after that a dip may happen but that dip will still be above the current prices.
