I think it's a great time to invest because the current price condition is decreasing so it is possible for a person to seek profits that multiply in the future without having to hold assets for too long.

Now, it's not time to wait, now is good price, yes it coud be better price tomorrow or in one week, but in comperison with prices 3 months ago it is really good price to invest.

According to my observations a lot of coins have already risen in price seriously. And I doubt that these coins will continue their active growth in this year. But after some time it will rise again 5-10x! But need to wait 1-2 year.

The price is decreasing and its true this is good time to invest specially for top marketcap altcoin which has more potential to grow not like low marketcap which maybe more difficult to recover their price. Marketcap similar with popularity.
