You're absolutely right. All the terms and conditions to be eligible for the second stage are mentioned on the following website
http://vostok.wavesplatform.com . When you fulfill one of two stages mentioned by you, you can just fill in your Waves account address on that website and check whether it has Verified status now.

1st drop check point = snapshot based. if you have waves nonstop then you will get equal amount of vostok
2nd drop check point = verify your account by keeper or send 0.0001 waves to the mentioned wallet
for both phases the airdrops will be happening in June
