@Patatas Any data we receive from KYC requests is stored securely and is only used by Cloudbet, never shared with any third parties. We respect our player's need for privacy and only take these steps when there are serious concerns raised about the security of a member's account. We also comply with all requests for data removal.
@SportsClapper Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience recently, last month we made some changes to our sportsbook which added a lot of new features but also brought up a few issues in regards to grading on specific events. We made an announcement at the time and have been manually checking and regrading any reported issues while our teams work on a longterm fix. @defran Unfortunately I don't have access to player accounts so cannot see the results of the investigation directly (for player privacy), our support teams should have contacted you directly via email regarding this. Please let me know if this is not the case and I'll follow up for you.
@game-protect The few people who have experienced delays who post on the forum are an unfortunate exception, and part of the reason I am active on here is to catch anything that falls between the cracks. We process a huge amount of withdrawals every day and 80-90% are processed instantly via our automatic system.

I can understand that you need to spam the forums to try and generate business and push your affiliate links, but resorting to personal attacks against staff comes across a little petty.
